Won't be staying at Bellagio again. Good staff must be harder to find with the new City Center around.

    Tim Reeth: A number of "small" things, which when added up made for a pretty unpleasant an annoying experience. A good percentage of the staff were unhelpful, indifferent, cold...bordering on rude. Sad because MGM International has a pretty big lock on the major hotels on the strip - so options are limited
